Formed as a tripper line on ‘3’-Line trackage. Service started November 1, 1931.

ROUTE: From E. 5^th Street and Central Avenue, west on 5^th and 6^th Streets to Gramercy right-of-way, north on right-of-way to W. 3^rd Street.

MAY 26, 1935: Absorbed into the ‘3’-Line.

‘4’-BOYLE STREET LINE (1939-1940)

Formed from the Boyle Street Shuttle, service begun May 19, 1939.

ROUTE: From E. 7^th and Boyle Streets, south on Boyle to E. 9^th Street (Olympic Boulevard.)

OCTOBER 4, 1941: Abandoned.
